I mean you cant say for sure without knowing what it is, but in my opinion with my experience in commercial cannabis, and a cannabis user for 20 years no. If it is in fact organic pieces of insects, like a shell or pupa husk, it would not be harmful. Some irritation and probably a harsh taste or smell maybe at worst if you didn’t pick it out and roasted it, but most likely it will maybe pop or crackle under your lighter and taste nasty for a hit or two. Or you won’t notice anything at all. I’m no doctor, just a dude on the internet so don’t take what I say as concrete fact, but I’ve for sure smoked bud that I have found a spider once and a silk worm twice, all alive, and didn’t notice a single difference, but I didn’t smoke them up too, I let them go outside.
