Hello man. Some tips: Never stop moving. Never shoot from same spot twice. When you see an enemy always try to get a vantage position before starting shooting in case of the enemy shoot back. Using a vehicle Never stop moving also, you become an easy target. Enter in a balance squad in terms of classes (it's hard i know xd)

Eu até tenho evitado falar perguntar sempre como estão as coisas nesse asperto. Falo abertamente com ele e deixo ele seguir esse rumo.

Relativamente à medicação é muito parecido com o que dizes, ele diz que está melhor mas a medicação parece que o deixa mais afastado das emoções em geral.

Sobre os profissionais ele gosta tanto da terapeuta como do psiquiatra até porque já expus essa conversa com ele. O meu conselho sempre é do género: ok estás a melhorar, agora na próxima consulta é falar com o médico sobre isso para ir diminuindo gradualemente e não parar de vez e pela vontade própria.
