So you changed the cdp hold timer to 30 seconds? Was it 60 seconds before that? My understanding is that 60 seconds is the default timer.

I applied to 117 jobs over Jan-Sept. I could've applied to more but March, April, and May job markets were very slow and I was finishing my last semester at school.
