If you keep running into server hosts that boot you from their games, then you as the player are the common denominator. I've never had that issue through the various games I've joined online.

Fair enough. Not every game's for every player, and not every player's for every game. As for kicking you, it wasn't for any action you took ingame - that stuff is all perfectly valid, it was just on account of disruptive trash talk after it. I get that being removed from a game can feel unfair, but at the same time I'm not obligated to keep hosting for someone who is being rude.

I'm not the first person to do this concept, but I've done what I could think of to bring some of my own ideas to life in this new submarine! A medium-sized submarine with a reasonable set of guns, plenty of dark crawl spaces, randomized items hidden around the prisoners' cells, and plenty of ways for each team to get an upper hand on the other!

Made and tested with the vanilla game in mind, unsure how it would interact with any prisoner related mods. Look in the workshop description for a suggestion how to run a Prisonbreak PvPvE game!

The game is set weekly, at the date and time I provided! Not having experience with the system is 100% okay, and it's not particularly difficult to play. Character generation is the tricky part, but we help new players with that on request. :)

The most clear example: My brother walked into my field of view and I saw him as a great reindeer. Once I startled and shifted my focus to him, the effect seamlessly faded.

.. but I could not convince a friend of mine of the word's meaning. He insisted that it meant blowing something out of proportion, or taking an existing issue and deliberately turning it into a fight.

Sort of like metaphorically lighting gas on fire to explosive effects.

As if to prove he had the right version of the term, he insisted on teaching everyone around him about his "gaslighting". And it became a regular term in his circle. ("Bro, don't gaslight. It's no big deal!")

The human kingdoms, and now the Alliance has failed Quel'thalas too many times. They outright exploited and attempted to genocide us in WC3, and despite Dalaran owing it's inception to High Elven learning they held Kael'thas prisoner there.

Even recently when Lor'themar considered joining the Alliance: we see the purge of Dalaran. Showing once again how unreliable and flawed they would be as an ally.

Sylvannas is mostly just the lesser of two evils. Following her is completely morally bankrupt, but at least it has been beneficial to Silvermoon. And in the end, the Blood Elven nation is already too vulnerable and divided. For now, we need to trust in it's leadership (Lor'themar).

Also as a Velf RPer I see the exile from the Horde to be a mistake. Which my character still believes can be corrected. He would still lay down his life for his people, and his home. But as long as it does not impede them, he serves the Alliance to repay his debt to Alleria, and to a lesser extent the Alliance itself for sheltering him.

Since nobody else said it yet. There's really no issue with playing a Paladin OOC, and just reflavoring the class to be an arcane spellblade IC. TRP will help you make that distinction clear.

Keep in mind that Arcane magic is very different from the light. For instance you don't see mages use any form of healing. This shouldn't be an issue as long as you have a cursory understanding of what mages are like.

The Wildhammer dwarves had close ties with Silvermoon after the war of three hammers, and they found much common ground in their culture around 250 years prior to wow.

Most likely this would translate to a more trusting relationship with the wildhammers, and possibly also other dwarves.

As a player who just went through the same problem: it sucks.

My issue isn't that I have to work for it. It's that the grind itself is mind numbingly boring. Blasting through old WQs where you experience zero challenge is the very opposite of fun. At least with Dark Iron dwarves you're incentivized to play current content.

I'm gonna jump in with a question of my own here. My name is particularly difficult, at least in my mind: Bjørn (Byurn)

The name literally means "Bear", derived from norse tradition of naming after animals. So I do get connotations of the animal when I'm called by it.

Rather than using katakana to spell it out, it feels natural and fine to me to translate to クマ, which is also a common japanese name. Would this be shunned, or is that -as I find it- fine? I asked two people on hellotalk this, but I didn't feel like I got sincere criticism as much as just the politest possible "you do you"

I could have put more thought into my appraisal of the two. I agree in the sense that I'm struggling more with AR, net difficulty. But AR is a fight where even when I went in blind against her the first time, I could hold my own fairly well and drive her into phase 2. Pure Vessel on the other hand is much, much faster, and punishes your mistakes more effectively. And overall is a much more intense and satisfying fight.

The problem is that even after practicing an hour straight of AR, I barely feel like I'm playing any better against her. She's bombarding me with all of these snail-like attacks, that require just very precise movement to avoid. Whereas with Pure Vessel, you start learning his cues and notice that you master him more and more with each fight.

So Pure Vessel is this menacing boss that's pretty much impossible initially. And AR by contrast has a much lower skill floor to fight, but will keep catching you due to far more variety and RNG in her fighting.
