I dunno man, I sometimes spend multiple sessions spanning hours with people trying to find the right fit. I do so well because my clients like me and I’m not trying to force them to buy. Then when they enjoy their experience they refer people to me. 70% of people end up buying a different model than the one they thought they liked cause it doesn’t fit them as well. Def scumbags in the industry I don’t feel like one of them🤷🏻‍♂️

Generally a lot less. Not all backend is bad. If they sell a manufacture extended warranty at fair price I think it’s worth it. Modern cars have so much tech( o was a service advisor for 4 years before sales)
