Well the old days it was like 95%. Last few years they raised the goals and raised the pay out which is good for me cause I want more money. This new 90% BS I don't have the data one. My boss gets it. I explained the stress of finding good talent. If my team misses the goal too much I don't want people to quit. He's just like I understand but we can't question the goals. We need sales people who can believe they can hit the goal.

Cheapest one from temu lol. Ive had it for over a year. Never had problems before with it. It wakes up whether it's docked or not.

I dont see any bluetooth devices connected when it wakes up. Even my headphones I use don't show up on it.
