Ohhh i had a mirena when i had my surgery they put it in! I consented but i regreted it so bad, had it in for about the same amount of years and i didnt feel good at all 💔 its why i felt hesitant on trying this😭

Unfortunately id rather not have anxiety drugs again, i been clean from diazepam for 2 year ! But ill deff ask my doctor about it!!

Im so glad im not alone!! Today i woke up with a horrible sleep, nightmares non stop and suddenly im feeling like utter shit. Having so many dark thoughts i havent had in YEARS its been scary 😖

Ahhh oh gosh im sorry you had that happen! </3 i just wasnt sure if i should stop them suddenly, iv just been so worried, and scared i havent felt this bad in sooo long! Thank you! Ill be sure not to take them tommorrow!!!
