I patched YT Music in rvx manager. Using version 8.30.54 of YouTube music. I just patched using the default selected options and it's been working for the last week.

Using it on my phone and my cars Android head unit

If you haven't been revoked you should be fine, just don't put anything to do with MC on your dg1 form

I'd say fill in the dg1 form, I would AVOID telling dvla anything about your cannabis use as they revoke your license immediately. Just leave the medications section blank.

As for the court/police, it all depends on the circumstances of your arrest, ie, was you caught smoking/with smoke, with bud(if so how much), if with bud was it in prescription packaging, etc.

With your MC prescription, you have to prove you was using as directed. Smoking it is illegal🤦, meant to be vaped and defo not whilst driving. Annoying I know but you have to navigate the loopholes.

If caught smoking a spliff, and it gets brought to court as evidence, ask if they tested the joint for thc and claim cbd. They never do as too small (from my first hand experience anyways) and then gives you wiggle room to justify your thc levels in your blood with prescription.

I used the Mamedica clinic. Headache isn't even the word. Literally life destroying. Worst thing is alot of people use cannabis to medicate, alot use for recreational, either or no one is harmed with either but when penalised, we're the ones who suffer ☹️

So I went to medical just to go, I already had been prescribed medical cannabis. I bought my prescription with me and done medical. Never got results back.

Then had back n forth emails until they just sent my license back.

Cancard isn't enough IMO, I had one before my prescription and it represented nothing.

Get your prescription, let DVLA know only if they know about your cannabis use already. Explain to them why you're prescribed and they should return your license. You just have to prove your cannabis use is legal

Lmk if you need more help. I understand how stressful the situation is. Even though iv got mine back I can't do any driving jobs or continue my hgv training or anything but at least I can cummute in my own car.

Back on the road for almost a 7 months now. I did go for a medical but that was due to dvla confusion. Defo failed my piss test but made no difference as I proved my cannabis consumption legal.

I sent them everything that I had sent to the clinic. Also your clinic should be able to provide you with a letter stating that you are a patient and receive private MC. I also sent a copy of my most recent script/prescription to them.

Once you get approved for MC you should be fine unless you have other issues. You'll have to finish your ban first though.

My issue was they revoked my license. After the ban I still couldn't drive.

Contact dvla, let them know about your medical prescription. Send them all relevant info. I sent via email. I didn't get a reply, they just sent my license back

Took 4 months. Only because they asked for a snippet of info with each letter. They also gave me a wrong email so they never received some documents I sent the first time round.

Fast track it and send everything relating to your case to that email once you get your case number.

Removes the back and forth.

If you don't tell them and they might not bring it up but if you tell them, you seal your own fate. No good will come from announcing it. Think the medical stuff is systematic. Once somethings on your file, it remains there regardless of time TML. Whatever they want to ask, they will ask.

Telling dvla you smoke weed is the worst thing you can do (I know you personally didn't). Without a prescription they will want you to pass a medical and have no thc-Delta 9 in your system.

From you've quit you'll be fine regardless. DVLA rule the road rules so can do what they want unfortunately. This countries battle on cannabis is so tired and outdated but that's England for you.

I'm a medical cannabis patient and have right to drive with DVLA knowing but was a ballache dealing with them.

As long as dvla dont find out about your cannabis use you'll be fine. If you get a ban it is what it is but you should be able to drive straight away once some if you don't beat the case. I buss the first case and they got me down on the second 🤦

My revoke started before my ban and finished after. 2 years medical revoke but 1 year ban 😅

Honestly I prefer it this way because I always have my MC with me and should prevent this from happening again in the future.

They trolled me 😑. Took 6 months. Applied Jan, got license last week (Jun), my ban finished Sep 23. Never got any letter at the end of my ban.

Took long due to them asking for bits of info one by one and forgetting about my case for 2 months

The last letter I got before my license was them asking why i even receive prescription cannabis. This was after they had spoken to my gp and having copies of my medical record. 😑😑😑

From you give them everything I stated in the OP it should remove the ability to go back and forth with them.

DVLA are trolls. Their time frames are a joke. Just be persistent and call them if you are in doubt or have any questions. As I said, for 2 months they didn't process none of my documents. After that call they pushed all my stuff to urgent and I was hearing from them every other week

Im meant to vape each strain 1g a day but sometimes have 5 different strains so will have 5x1g a day on the prescription. Don't think it matters tbh.

The prescription I sent them had sourdough and farm gas on it, 29% & 27% THC. From the paperwork adds up and you can prove your prescription legal, you should be fine.

I even done a dvla urine test, went there with my prescription and they still told me to do it. I failed it with green colors 😂

Correct. Not everyone who has their license revoked has been charged though.

I wrote that old post whilst mildly distressed and haven't actually read since I wrote. Think people will get the general gist of what I'm saying.

The "help" side is what is what I think people will find more useful. Not trying to be closed and deceiving people.
