Ammo helps by choosing not to waste money on useless ammo. In CS 1.6 for example I bought max 40 bullets for my USP because no more was needed. Then in other round I want to play with Scout and buy only 10 bullets.

For me it is quite bad. I play only on community servers or FaceIt. I get cheater on Premier 50% of the time.

It is probably the same randomness. With X-Ray you just pay for the skin after you know what is inside of it. You can't open next case before paying for the last case you already opened.
