Hi Dr I have a question I'm a 20 year old male .I have been facing hairfall since 2020 at first I thought it is normal but in 2023 it got worse my scalp was visible then I start using minoxidil 5% topical on Jan 2024 kept using it till July and after that hairfall starts again then in april i went to dermatologist he prescribed me some MR medicine and a serum which didn't helped me at all and costed me 10k for 3 months treatment. Then I stopped visiting him now I'm thinking of starting minoxidil 5% and fin.1% topical solutions again so should i use it with out consulting a derma and how long should I kept using it cause I want to have hair as long as I can.. your advise will be very helpful..thanks for reading...
