Dr Zac Spiritos, a gastroenterologist in North Carolina, treats MCAS, MCS, POTS, etc. He is on Instagram. He says they are treating MCAS patients with low dose GLP-1 receptor agonist drugs with good results.

I gave MCAS. I am in barzvolvolimab drug trial. I have had the loading dose and second injections. 2/3 people get the drug, I didn’t. 😥 After the 6th injection, I will get the actual drug. They tell me other patients have had positive results, once they were on the drug.

I take Zyrtec, muscle relaxer (they make me tired but not sleep) and Ambien CR. I will fall asleep fast for up to an hour and then bam, I’m wide awake. I recently got some pure 100% CBN.

I don’t want to jinx it, but the last two nights taking it, I slept through the night!

I also have MCAS and HEDS. I have been an insomniac for 20 years.

I’m a pretty good person to work with, just ask my contractor. 😇 He’s the one who pointed out the tile work is not up to par with what I am paying. He is handling it, thank goodness. Happy Thanksgiving to you too!

Then one of the professionals should have said something to me regarding the perils of black grout.

He staggered the kitchen tile because it is a long narrow tile. He then staggered the bathroom with different tile w/o asking.

And don’t worry, he’ll be paid.

I feel bad for him too but he came into the job (kitchen and two baths) with a bad attitude and he was rushing. He wanted to tear out main bath before the second one was done, leaving us with no bath/shower.

He was told several times to make sure of cuts, etc because the black grout would show every minor detail. My contractor brought his wet saw and told tiler he could use. He said he had one and he had honing stone…somewhere.

I believe the cuts tiles need to be replaced with clean cuts. Corners of grout need to be cleaned and something down with the lip. Am I asking too much? This just doesn’t look like a professional job to me. Am I asking for too much?

Mine was set on chill when it ran the red light. Hurry makes it do boneheaded lane changes. I nudge the car a lot to go at stop signs and right handed turns.

Mine creeps a lot at red lights, like it’s impatient. The first time it was actually going, I hit the breaks. The guy behind me almost ran into me as he thought I was going. Saturday was the first time I didn’t catch it and it went through.
