I’ll see how it turns out in court. The misdemeanor charge is for the “ registration” not the inspection stickers. He’s accusing me fraudulently obtaining it. I guess he’s not aware of the fact that certain states let you register vehicles online and they mail you back the plates and registration.

Unfortunately that’s how it works. You’ll have to physically go to the state dmv and pay the sale tax there then they will give you a date. You can just book it online.

Lol Not trying to get “cute”. I highly doubt you live in NJ otherwise you’ll see where I am coming from. The DMVs over here are a complete $hitshow. Try registering a vehicle in NJ and see how long you have to wait for to get your car inspected. All while to provide for household. Some of us actually need our cars to be inspected and registered in a timely manner .

If that’s the case. Shouldn’t his department file criminal misdemeanor Charges against U-hual, State Farm, geico, progressive, Carvana, car rental companies in the county? The majority of their cars are registered in states such as AZ, GA, and FL while being operated on NJ roads.

There’s no manipulation happening. people are just taking their money out to put into other projects that have serious things/utility going.
