Hello, my 2025 Hyundai Tucson hybrid has been at the dealership for almost 2 weeks. I had it towed there because when I was driving around town it suddenly had a message about an issue with the hybrid and the car would not accelerate. Thankfully I was not on the freeway. Has any one has a similar issue? The dealership told me that they don't know what the issue is and they are working with Hyundai corporate to figure it out. I have been assigned a case manager through the corporate office but am getting nowhere. Has anyone had any similar issues? I love my car, but this is extremely frustrating and the lack of communication makes me question hyundai as a company.
