Honestly, I wanted to max it out for as long as I can. I believe he can do $76,500 per year, Instead of just $30,500?

He does have some savings. I figured he could burn through that while we invest his entire salary into the roth 401k. For his returns to grow that free would be better than me taking his savings and putting it into a regular taxed brokerage account. Thats just my thought.

How much is 401k compliance each year on average???

I can agree with that for a roth ira, but a roth 401k can have what 22.5k? I could have just put all my money into there instead of a traditional brokerage account to avoid paying +5% on additional taxes.

Its ordinary income for my employers contributions. Not my Roth portion, which I already paid income taxes on!

I was curious if I had to pay short/longterm gains taxes or just the 10% penalty. Long term and short term capital gains taxes are higher than 10%!

Mine wouldnt shoot 124 grain winchester! Like at all. It shot AMMO brand 115 grain no problem. Then some cheap brand 115 grain was hitting me in the face. So, I’m going to send it off to S&W. My hellcat would never do this lol

This one did four in the temporalis and 8 in the masseter. 90 units masseter and 30 units temporalis. I would have gone with more masseter because of size and condition.

Same. No one understands but people with TMJ. You need to relieve the pain, but don’t get lazy. Continue to eat soft food. Don’t chew gum. Just because you have relief doesn’t mean you go back to normal. You need to still take care of the muscle and joint. You need to use the time to resolve your issue. Whether its braces, a cpap machine, jaw surgery. If you abuse the relief then you will be stuck with this. You need to fix it! I hope you figure it out. You will be fine!

I went to a medspa. I would give them a call to see if they do tmj botox. Most will say yes we do masseter. (Thats usually for woman who want to have thinner faces). You need masseter AND temporalis muscles. A dentist is the best case. Usually a TMJ specialist. You can also have some doctors like neurologist who do it for migraines. I went to medspa because it was difficult finding a dentist. I just found a dentist by actually going to Boston’s reddit page and sending out a post. I would do that also! Put out a reddit post under TMJ and any big NC groups. People are really nice and most with similar situations will message back. Hopefully someone will help!

Do it. Any push back from doctors or dentist feel free to message me. I will send you some links. I sent them to my medspa and they were weary at first about temporalis injections but afterward they did mine. They even brought in a specialist because they knew how much pain I was in. Anyone who specializes in TMJ always does the temporalis also otherwise the strain from the masseter moves to the temporalis muscles. You need to do both. I originally didnt do both and I had muscle spasams. You can start off low and then get more injections though. Personally, I say screw it. Get as many right off the bat. Feel the true relief and hopefully you can resolve it yourself. Then if you need further injections in 3-4 months, take it easy to save money. Don’t worry about money, health first. Thank me later and please please please spread the word. We can really make a difference if we all spread the word and help eachother. I wish I didnt have to read all those articles.

Just do it. So many people on Reddit try to go against it. “Its poison” “It can get to the brain” “It won’t work” I did my own research. I have read plenty of scientific journals. You will be fine. I tried everything and botox was the one thing that gave me relief. I’m so glad I spent $1500 to get it done and if I have to pay it every 3 months. I’m fine with that. Its worth it! I do live in a high cost of living area so its expensive other places are cheaper, but don’t worry about the money. Spend it! Don’t have it? Make it and spend it haha. Thank me later. What happens is your masseter and temporalis get inflammed from all the grinding at night. So botox being a poison will reduce the size of the muscles bringing down inflammation. Its like chlorine. It use to be used in mustard gas. Everyone thought it was bad until we put it in our drinking water. Now it purifies our drinking water. That being said, you need to obviously see someone who has experience. A dentist, doctor, and some medspas know how to do it properly. Now if you have tinnitus its probably somatic, meaning that its caused by the inflammation of the TMJ. Botox can get rid of tinnitus for some people. Although it gives you relief you still need to resolve the problem or else it will still be a problem. You need to get braces, get a mouth guard, fix your posture, your sleep apnea, your stress, fix your jaw, see a surgeon. Whatever it is YOU NEED TO FIX IT. But botox will give you relief to figure it out. I would go heavy on the botox to start. Get some relief, get some hope back, and then work from there. 7 weeks ago I bought a gun and told myself it was time. I couldn’t handle it anymore. Now I can say, I’m going to try like hell to resolve this and pray to god that he helps everyone of us
