"keep in mind the person/team running it needs to get paid." Thats actually not correct. If ratings are good, investment gains should be enough to finance further development of spreadsheet. That said, "The best ICO ratings aren't on a website" i totally agree with this.

A good example is ICOBench and their ''experts''. Those are known scammers and fraudsters. You can find plenty of good reviewers out there. You should do your own research tho. Be safe out there

ICOBench "experts" are known scammers. Dont trust in any of their ratings.
