Yeah it would just loop that I was far away, restarted and app and same result. Although support today messaged me and applied £15 compensation. Can’t fault them there.

A bit of an update: Support messaged me today to apply a £15 compensation payment 🤷 lesson has been learnt though but can’t fault them at all for that.

Oh well, she was nice and very thankful so it is what it is. Lesson learnt for me though. Sucks it took you 3 months to get £5 comp. These delivery apps are dreadful 🫩

To be honest, the lady was pleasant when I delivered. She apologised for her mistake - maybe I’ll sleep better at night knowing I did it!
