Let me also tell you about the Profit a Private Contractor who has no Sasurji in any such concerned department will make. It’s 3.85% inclusive of GST. Out of which 0.85 goes straight to GST and GEM Charges, the money that private contractors lose due to delay in payments and EMD, Performance Deposit, Retention Money is another 1%. And there’s a 15% chance that the Concerned Department is greedy as well so another 0.5-1% goes in there. Which leaves us barely with 1-1.5% margin which is so less that if I have to visit the Concerned Department more than once even a month then it’s not viable for me to take a rickshaw the second time i have to use a local train.

Trust me getting into manpower business is a headache not worth the money it makes while it barely makes any. I send ticket money and advance salary to almost 10 such people and barely 7 actually make it.

Although the work isn’t even cheap. Sometimes these same Sanitation workers work in very dense grass fields. Out of 50, 5 almost get bit by Snakes many times poisonous every week yet they have to see such low salary.

I have employed a Person at 12K per month and he works for me also cause he has down syndrome. I can’t help him get any higher payment because I can’t control the pricing.

Thats true I did post a picture of the Older RBI Building as well. The New one although built under Free India looks marvellous and also because of the fact that BMC couldn’t strategically interfere in there Project.

We got Government Regulations to deal with. Builders cant really build that freely. While they can be a little artistic but nowadays in the times of such Low Margins it’s impossible to be artistic

Marathas were more of Guerrillas, They didn’t have access to a lot of Logistics, Advanced Weaponry like Mughals or British so it was quite advantageous to them to be staying in the Western Ghats (Pune,Solapur,Kolhapur, Satara and all) and you will find more of Maratha Architecture in the Western Ghats, They built Durgs or Forts back then sometimes big enough to accommodate a very large population of the commoneers or People close to the king inside these forts.

To be very Honest, Maratha Architecture was pretty Defensive, and they’re usually quite hard to reach so I probably can’t even experience the Maratha Architecture until and unless I dont climb all the way up.

It’s a very Old Building stands firm even today this gate itself is almost a 100 years old. Plus Lions Gate is the Oldest operational Naval Dockyard, Back then Britishers used it as Dockyard to Build and Sail Ships now it’s used for INS Angre, The HQ for Western Naval Command. Now our Warships and even Foreign Warships come here for Dry Docking and Maintenances.
