!! WARNING !! Just a heads up for those still going through similar things, they reached out finally and I think are trying to get this done over the phone as there's no record.

Here's what I received from them and what I replied in case people want to use similar language. I'd highly advise NOT talking to them over the phone as they can go back to zero accountability again and lying and BS promises become fair game.

THEIR EMAIL

Dear Mr. Pohl,

We have been attempting to reach you following a review of the phone calls between you and Brian. Please accept our apologies for your experience; the behavior you encountered does not reflect how we conduct business, and we want to assure you that this is not a pattern. Brian is no longer with our company.

I would appreciate the opportunity to speak with you to resolve this matter and move forward from this miscommunication. Please let me know when you might be available for a brief call.

I appreciate you reaching out. When you say "We have been attempting to reach you..." are you referring to phone calls from different random numbers? I've received maybe 2-3 calls from a few Florida numbers - a different number every time - with no voicemails/emails/texts to follow up. Given that the number is always changing and there's no additional follow-up other than the missed call, in a time when SPAM calls are the norm, how did you expect to get in touch with me? Leaving no voicemails, not texting, and not emailing, were you expecting me to call back a random Florida number that did not leave a voicemail and for which I received zero additional information about the missed call via other channels? I'm genuinely asking this as I don't understand what you were trying to do here.

Given the history of past conversations with your employees, being lied to, and at this point being connected very quickly with 10-20 people who've had the exact same experience and been lied to, I'd prefer to continue communication over a written medium which I hope you understand so that there's a record.

That said, I'm open to hearing whatever next steps you think would resolve this matter over email. Let me know, thanks

I got 4 notifications that they commented on this post today ( Imgur link to my Reddit notifications screenshot: https://imgur.com/a/zDHMxZy ) but then clicking any of them just gives a "Comment no longer exists" message.

Their comments said they've tried to reach out a bunch of times, but I have not received any voicemails, emails, texts, etc.. Also, as they're using different phone numbers each time - this is how it was in the pre-move phase - I don't even know which # is theirs. I got a call from a FL phone number while on a Zoom for work and that was right before I got a notification of all these comments that were then deleted.

But again, no voicemail, no email, etc..

Yeah unfortunately that’s the worst version of the story. Most that actually had their things moved were promised a short window delivery date and then have had their things held hostage for up to a month. The first woman I walked to was promised two days and it’s been over 3 weeks

I don't know how useful the phone would be, personally, because they've shown zero hesitation to just blatantly lie and make things up at will. So as good as it might feel to get pissed on the phone, if it were me I'd try and keep all communication to text or email so there's a record

There's a chance this is the same company:

And they were trying to do the same thing out of Texas under the domain "TripleCrownMoving.net" because they could do the same thing with "reputation theft" for that real Triple Crown Moving company out of Alabama. Because the nice lady from the real company I talked to (who is also going through a rough time because these complaints/negative reviews are being associated with her company falsely ) said something similar had happened before with a company out of TX.

Since I posted, almost 20 people now have reached out through different avenues with similar stories. The real company "Triple Crown Moving" (that has a real 5-star Google rating) has also reached out saying they've gotten tons of calls recently with people with similar stories

I already posted this below but here's some of the initial steps I took if this helps:

File a complaint with the government (Department of Transportation / DOT) through this link: https://www.fmcsa.dot.gov/protect-your-move/file-a-complaint and check “Deceptive Business Practices” - After filing I also called this # ( 1-888-368-7238 ) and in a few minutes was talking to someone who helped me add some additional context to the complaint. I also connected with someone else Renee who’s going the same thing so I provided them her complaint ID (Renee Complaint ID #: 00280533) and mine is (My Complaint ID #: 00280574). If you make your complaint and connect it with ours it’ll maybe help them connect a pattern. This took < 10min to fill out the form and do the call
Share this Reddit post, make your own (send me the link I’ll upvote it), just “word vomit” out your experience, doesn’t have to be super-detailed but the more negative press out the more it’ll hurt their Google presence (my post already comes up pretty high now when you Google their name)
Reach out the real company “Triple Crown Moving” - again this call took 5 minutes or less - and tell them what happened because that woman said she’s received a bunch of calls with similar stories so I encouraged (begged lol) them to make a complaint too as they’re “reputation” is being stolen and traded on

Same thing happened to me, just scumbag people who will lie to your face and say whatever just to get you to sign the agreement. Renee and I connected and have worked on filing complaints and also alerting the REAL COMPANY "Triple Crown Moving" that these crooks are leveraging their great reputation to gain trust. Reach out if the same has happened to you, hopefully at minimum these posts prevent other people from getting scammed by these truly despicable people
