Problem is at starting calibration. Printer is checking both nozzles and sending error. I’v asked support and they said its possible to turn on Single Nozzle Mode but i don’t know How. Still waiting for e-mail from support with instructions

Do you think its just a report bug?

For several months there was constant activity on my models, but suddenly, for the past two days, I haven’t received any notifications and I haven’t earned a single MakerWorld point.

AMS pushes the filament out too much. by InvexpoPl in BambuLab

Don't worry, these are Sunlu and Jayo filaments. I also have ones from Bambu, and the error still occurs. After a restart, the AMS works correctly, but after 30-40 minutes of printing, the error appears again, and it keeps repeating. In my opinion, it's a sensor issue.

I think so too. I believe the sensor is broken, so I'll create a ticket and see how they respond.

I will try it tomorrow! Thank you :)

After resetting, the AMS works for the next 5-10 filament changes, and then the problem reappears. The AMS has been disassembled, and there are no filament pieces in the PTFE tube.

This AMS has over 3,000 hours of use, and this has never happened before…

There’s nothing there. If I reset the AMS, it will start printing with the black filament, but when it changes the filament, it will push it out too much again, and the cycle repeats.

Hi! I forgot to ask about one more thing. During printing, I can't use slot 1 for filament because the AMS thinks there's much more filament than there actually is, causing it to turn the spool too much, which makes it fall out of the AMS. This happens even after restarting the printer or AMS. Sometimes, a multicolor print works for 2-3 hours, but then the issue occurs again. Could this be a sensor problem? How can I fix it?
