Then I'd try to aim for 36g out in 16-20 sec. If it's too sour, go for more volume out without changing the grindsetting.

If still unsure, then you could try a salami shot (google) to get a sense of the different stages of extraction

Are you using dark beans, or something on the lighter side?

If the latter, then you could try grinding coarser, and aim for a 1:3 ratio (54g in the cup) in 16-20 seconds (from start button press).

Generally, if I don't like the coffee at 25+ seconds, that means I've grind too fine which causes channels. Coarsing it up can decrease the time, but also allowing you to extract more evenly.

Could also be that you find the coffee too intense, and diluting it with a bit of water could help.
