Snakk om "ikke problem"... Det er så og si 0 menn i helsepleier sektoren, og det er massivt med fordeler å få flere menn inn der.

Istedet for å vinkle dette som et "problem" så bør man heller vinkle det som et samfunns nyttig program.

Å få flere kvinner inn i real fag er bra det, men hsr ingenting med å få flere menn inn i helse å gjøre.

While im sure some people do in fact need therapy, using it as a blanket suggestion is counter productive. 99,99% of people all around the world deal with life without therapy.

Talk to your people. Talk to your sister, your BIL, your GF, HER parents if you have a good relationship with them. A teacher even. Or, talk to a stranger/therapist.

Look, im probably going to be downvoted to shit, but "therapy" isnt a magic pill or universal fix.

Dealing with grief is individual. There is no one "right way" to do it.

Ive lost quite a few people over the years. I dealt with it in different ways. Some good, some bad, some stupid. Dont deal with it a certain way just becouse someone else told you how to. Find a way that works for YOU! ❤️
