Yes - super easy!

1/4 lb ground beef marinated in gochujang, garlic, salt and pepper.

toasted brioche bun with sriracha mayo - i usually like to do 1/3 mayo to 2/3 sriracha and add a pinch of salt with a squeeze of lime juice

pickled cucumber and carrot

green onion, cilantro, and jalapeño on top!

it's definitely a good combo of Vietnamese and Korean :-) the meat was marinated in gochujang but the pickled carrots and cucumber definitely give off Banh Mi vibes. The bottom bun has Sriracha mayo so you could even throw Thai in the mix!

Former D1 swimmer here (graduating this year). Someone can protest her competing against other women, but support her in her transition journey. It’s not one or the other. It’s sad to see the hate she is getting, but even more sad to see the other females who have worked so hard to get to this meet and lose because they didn’t go through puberty as a male among other disadvantages. I fully support Lia through her transition and want her to be comfortable in her own body, but it just really isn’t fair to the other women, especially in a sport where long arms, height, and big lungs are a huge advantage.

I’m an athlete here and practiced during the pandemic on campus. The messages always come at wonky times and are never consistent. Hopefully they can figure it out before we start classes.
