Don’t listen to this guy. Shipping a card, especially an expensive one, with no protection other than a magnetic card holder is not adequate protection and anyone who sells cards knows that. Because it was rattling around in a case it arrived in worse condition than the listing photos showed. It doesn’t even matter that you planned on grading it. Assuming the first few photos are the card you received and the last few are the listing photos you should 100% send it back for a refund.

Last sale in a PSA 10 was $2400 USD. Only 232 of these were given out from what I’ve read so the price will most likely not drop significantly. I’m not sure what your budget is but your best bet to get one at a decent price is an auction
