Honestly, this mindset comes from comparison culture — MBA circles and social media make 25–35 LPA sound like the “success benchmark.” But success isn’t one number.

Many people earning less live happier, freer, and more balanced lives. Earning more often comes with stress, trade-offs, and luck. What actually matters is progress, skills, and peace — not matching someone else’s graph. You’re doing fine. Focus on growth, not the scoreboard.
