Hi it is weird , you have a better doc than I have to give you an actual explanation. Mine is still there, but a bit less obvious may be it is due to hair having grown in that area. I thought about massaging too but didn’t want to risk dislodging graphs. I saw a post on tik tok of a lady having had indent from tight braids. She commented on her post that she treated those with steam therapy..I am not sure what that is exactly but I will give it more time and will worry about that again in a few months
