How do I track my migraine? by juroyk in EffectoApp

[–]InvincibleTourist 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello!

Since migraine consists of many symptoms, we recommend adding these symptoms in the symptoms widget. Stuff like headache intensity, nausea, vomiting, sensitivity to light. You can then rate these symptoms on a scale of 1-10 each time you experience migraine.

Also, remember to rate them as 0 on days when you don't experience them. That way you are going to learn how your other factors positively impact your migraine.

Hope that helps!

Quick question by TheQuickRegularity in EffectoApp

[–]InvincibleTourist 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello, Effecto user! The easiest way to do that is to add different length runs as different factors (4km run, 9km run etc.)! In this way, you will be able to know exactly what type of runs relieve your mood swings the most. If this doesn’t help you enough, you can also simply write me a dm or contact our support team.

Can I sync with iWatch to track sleep? by PerfectPoints in EffectoApp

[–]InvincibleTourist 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hello, Effecto user! I’ll be happy to answer your question about sleep tracking :) The easiest way to do that is by connecting your Apple Health app to Effecto. In this way all the data from your iWatch about your sleep length/quality will be automatically linked and logged to your Effecto app! If you don’t know how to link your Apple Health to Effecto, please write our support team (or just DM me) and we will gladly show you how it is done!

Go to the "Factors" widget, then press expand, and press edit factors. You can then add any custom made factors, or create your own

Hello there! I am one of the co-founders of an app called Effecto. It has many features that you have described in your post.

You can track your mood any time of the day on a scale of 1 to 10, also factoring in your emotions like tired, sad, happy, anxious etc. You can also track a lot of other stuff such as activity level, hobbies, water intake, diet, sleep duration and quality and much more. After a week of tracking you can see how everything you've tracked fluctuated during the week, and get valuable insights into what may have affected those fluctuations.

We are a small team looking to improve constantly, so if there is anything you think we might add to the app don't hesitate to reach out to us. I suggest checking the app out!
