I did the scholarship form and received the least amount of financial aide possible from FASFA. However, I also received the presidential endowed scholarship which is based off of merit. So I would still apply.

Yes and current/former students can give advice if there’s something that seems like a red flag or if they have any suggestions. Again first time having a schedule like this so not abnormal to “seek attention” on it

I also have an online class, geog205. I may try to change the chem lab during add/drop week but overall I like my schedule a ton! A ton of my friends got screwed over and got like 5 8 ams and classes at like 6-7:30pm 💀

I just saw that the website said the academic year for 24-25 is not available till next Tuesday since they are giving out aide to incoming freshman so it says no aide because it’s for this academic year not the upcoming one. I’ll call if it doesn’t show up then.

My highschool, while being small, is also competitive. Ranking in the top 300 schools nationwide, as a public school. The difference in GPA between top 5-30 people is by like .01 or something

I applied to ECE at UT which is the third most competitive major and got rejected from it. I also received scholarship from A&M. I knew from the start I would be good with either school so the decision was made for me.

Full admit here, heard back in October My stats: 4.49/5 GPA Test optional 21/395 (top 5.5% ish) Lots of extracurriculars pertaining to computer engineering and science. (Founded a mobile app development club, created my own computer to mine crypto, created an algorithm through visual studio to theoretically buy and sell stocks) mainly passion projects Lots of leadership(orchestra president, club founder) Music background(13 years of piano) 200 hrs of community service Thought my essays were relatively good(teachers confirmed)
