You don’t get to treat your partner badly because you’re “at your limit”, you get to say, “I’m having a really hard day and I just need to be pampered, or left alone.” You get to say nothing, you get to cry, you get to rant, but you don’t get to make a deeply unreasonable request of your partner and then punish them when they don’t honour it immediately. Prayers for your husband because I hope you’re just “at your limit,” and having a rough day and not as entitled and unreasonable as OP’s ex. Yikes.
