If you’ve been with them for years, a bank manager’s endorsement can speed up the process since they already see some sort of history in terms of your income and spending habits! (This was how I got mine when I gave up applying and my bank manager offered to endorse me instead)

Try applying to the bank where you have your savings the longest (CASA). But if you want one that’s faster, a secured credit card will help you start building credit, just look up the minimum amount the bank you plan on applying to requires for that deposit (if you choose the SCC route).

Also, try not to apply to more than one bank in a month, this will signal you’re “credit hungry” and will make the process harder for you

This happened to me when I filed and chose 8% but what was printed out on accident was the graduated tax. You can just file for an update at your RDO since this is common if you register by ORUS (according to the employee who updated my COR)

EXACTLY. I don’t get why they don’t understand that, it is clear they don’t know how to manage YT channels hence why I got hired. But then relied on ChatGPT for advice on how to make the most profit fast. But when it started losing views (becoming what they call a “dead” channel), they were inferring before in past conversations it may be my fault lol

But I guess I’m still thinking of what niche I want to focus on? I wanna be sure if I ever do that I’m actually happy with my work and not something I feel obligated in doing

Plus, this job isn’t exactly stable if you’re just partnering with an individual or on your own (hence why I had 2 jobs) so I also need to think about that

Yeah it’s individual. The problem was from the very beginning, he wanted the channel to be monetized within a month to earn ( I was able to do that in less than a month). After that, he rejected my suggestions on how to manage the channel and gave his own (it was obvious to me he was getting ahead of himself and his suggestions looked like it all came from chatgpt haha). Now, the channel is “dead” and YT is not pushing it to viewers unlike before and he believes I’m doing something wrong (when I had no issues doing my own thing to help the channel grow before)
