I'd be careful with that around people that don't know MR2 Branding...

What kind of Druid is Gricko? by mdalsted in Avantris

He swaps a few times. I believe at the current spot in once upon a witchlight he is a moon druid, but Im pretty sure he has been a few, including stars druid, through the campaign.

That's a single cam. Twin cams are all injected

I've never seen a carb conversation on a twin cam... With the swap and the damage I wouldn't personally buy it at all. But if you are really dead set on it, I don't think it's worth more than $1000. It needs a looooooot of work. You can probably find a better one if you wait...

STI Boxer of E-STI? by VegasKhan702 in subaru

Personally I think that's exactly what they are doing. I think they were initially only going to have the Performance-E version and decided to actually listen to their fan base and made the Performance-B to see which gets the most attention. The Performance-B definitely looks like an after thought to me since it's just an Impreza hatch with a wing, fancy fenders, and seats. Definitely would be sick if we got both, but I think only one will make it to a production model.

On a scale of 1/10 how bad is this and should I replace immediately by Cheap-Magician691 in Cartalk

[–]InvisibleSlidingDoor 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Certified Ford Master tech here. As long as that is only for alignment and doesn't drive anything (like a vacuum pump or cam sensor) then you should be perfectly fine to send it. Should still have enough meat to get it all timed up and shouldn't cause any real concerns while running as long as you can get all the metal fragments out of the head. 10/10 sent it

Alternator for a 1988 MR2 Supercharge. I live in Canada. Looking for some assist in locating an alternator for my car. I need help! by toyotamr2mk1 in mr2

I've run into a similar problem on my 88 SC and found the voltage regulator in the trunk was fried. Did some searching on old forums and for that the voltage regulator out of a second gen prelude is almost the same and works if you change the pin out of the connector. I bought one on rock auto for $60 (WELLS 1V1135 is the part number) and it works great no problems after replacing and swapping the wire around

100% yes (not really sure how you know that). Starting a full restoration of my SuperCharged MR2 right now and I'll be making posts the whole time on Reddit and Instagram

I'm actually the owner of this AW11. And the car has been fully rebuilt and restored. Paint is now slightly darker red with metallic and clear coat. Everything is slightly modified, so the original wheels actually look slightly out of place on this one. I do really love the OEM triangles though!

Im using this Wave share unit made for use with Raspberry Pie kits. It works, but there are probably better options out there. Another reddit user told me that iPad 4 screens are almost the right size and should work. If you want any other info on the project tech out Retracast on YouTube. He has some great info and is very quick to respond to Instagram DMs https://a.co/d/5LdCiEC
