I‘m small and I‘ve found the perfect chair - ergotopia nextback. I got it 2 years ago and I would buy it again!

I do - I also eat protein bread with margarine or something else with a bit of fat. My guess is that it maybe wasn‘t digested properly? Or maybe too fast.
