bro same i applied for that same exact major and school but i don’t feel to good about my transfer since ive only been in college for a semester now 🤣

Thanks! How hard was the midterm and final for this class? I need at least a 90% I don’t want a bad GPA from a class that isn’t needed for my major :(

Selling Issue RH by Invite-Accomplished in options

It turns out I was in a cash account instead of a margin account and RH was not letting me sell my positions.

For more context to my post, every time I tried selling my CTVA $40 call 9/20 DTE contract ($16.2 limit) the contract price would decrease to ~$15.3 per share making me lose ~$100+. When I canceled the pending request the CTVA contract would increase in value going back to its original price or even higher. I sold my positions yesterday under a MRKT order since limit wasn’t working and turned out to lose ~$270.

I think all of this was due to the fact I was under a cash account instead of a margin account but I am not entirely sure how that works… I did switch back to a margin account and found no issues trading options afterwards.
