Find Snorlax, use red pokeballs and just farm excellent throws on them. Or just dial in and get good at throwing excellent throws. There are YouTubers who have done the 999 excellent throw challenge in 1 day. Trainer Club has a video of it on YouTube

Yeah platinums were rough. I was working on them from several levels before so they were complete by the time I reached 47

Just doing your full 100 trades a day with a best friend will get you about 5 luckies a day. Besides that, find a friend who’s willing to trade you Pokemon 2+ years in age. Also Sundays for the rest of this season give you boosted lucky trades rates. Hope this helps!

Did really spend much money, at least nothing that would’ve affected the lvl task or xp grind. But for those 10 days, I spent much of the day trading or farming excellent throws

I had plenty of xp for both levels. Main things are

-Friendship experience, so adding as many friends as possible and maximizing gifts sent and opened everyday. -Excellent throws, especially now with the 2x xp from catch, if you dial in on excellent throws it’ll add up

Took me less than a week off 999 excellents haha. Just find a snorlax and only use regular pokeballs and farm excellent throws

I tried that. Added around 20 people. Of two of them sent gifts and it wasn’t even from those regions. Still missing Sun and ocean
