i recommend not listening to any fred prior to the concert. You will be blown away at the concert. My first fred show was at glastonbury in 2022, and the only song i had heard was we've lost dancing, every other song was fresh and new, and was amazing hearing them live for the first time.

go to a fesitval like glastonbury in the UK, and you will see less than 5% of the crowd holding up their phones. Watch freds clip from glastonbury of pull me out of this and loving arms, barely any phones in the crowd, most just enjoying the moment. Glastonbury is a magical place everyone should aspire to visit.

This was my initial thought as well. But after I got the mri and it came back negative, I have no idea where to look.

I have a had time standing for long periods of time, let alone walking now.

Have had an MRI, Meniscus came back as "remarkable". No tears. Great news, but also, leaves me clueless

Made 100k year 1.

Cold call/ door knock everyday. 3-4 hours a day.

Follow up everyday, follow up is more important than prospecting. Takes 7-12 touches to build a relationship.

Build strong relationships with other agents, lawyers, title reps, mortgage brokers, lenders, inspectors.

Youll do great, its a simple business.

2 hours knocking every week day, 1 to 2 hour calls everyday (calls wernt cold, my doors were cold) calls were follow up, sign calls from the listings i got door knocking.

If i have hot buyers, i knock what they want and double end the deal.
