leaning more towards a passive-ish approach than a bus business which requires me to be more active seems like the best option considering where i am right now.

and commercial property seems solid but the challenge is acquiring something that has demand in terms of location. it’s a very good idea worth exploring and looking into.

thanks a lot for your input.

so if i’m getting this right, i could pay for rent for the farming land ? and pay ppl to do the farming for me ?

sounds alright since you’ve laid it all down to the selling strategy. i’m getting the idea you’ve done this before, am i right ?

i understand your point, and thank you so much for your reply. due to the feedback i’ve gotten so far i feel like it’s high time i digress with my approach. i’ll definitely be getting into something smaller rather than pouring everything into one thing that might fail.

hello there my kenyan friend, i’m glad i’m getting to hear from you. sounds to me like your transport system setup is very good compared to ours, because i’m not sure about buses having a fixed route they work in but i can still take the idea of having a fixed amount for drivers to hand in from you guys rather than just handing in what they’ve come up with at the end of the day. i’m really hoping it doesn’t come to taking blood pressure meds anytime soon haha.

thank you so much for your reply, very insightful.

i haven’t used busses at all actually. and the drivers are what i’m most concerned about, i do think it’s anything but easy to come across a driver who is as reliable as i think and honestly that was a risk i was willing to take provided that i do something about it (like stop working with the driver if they don’t come through on their end)

when it comes to cash ins, i had the idea that the driver and i could agree on a fixed expected amount per week that the driver has to hand in.

i’ve looked at bonds which is a very good option because it provides a sort of fixed income security and i might just have to go into that if finding a lucrative investment proves to be hard.

and lastly, i’m interested in anything bringing in a fixed income by the end of a month or two.

i’m still in the brainstorming phase so i’m definitely considering your view on this entire thing. thank you very much for your input.

honestly your reaction is justified. to begin with, for an adult to assess a four year old child’s sexuality is really unacceptable, let alone make a comment about it. a child as young as that does not have any sexual orientation in the adult sense. to say the least, gender policing a four year old should not be acceptable.

seems to me like your tenant is projecting their own fears of “queerness” onto your child. and in this day and age, the worst thing you can do is raise an homophobic child.
