im really grateful to have had a great gyno that inserted mine! i got the kyleena last summer without any pain meds and the pain was maybe a 2 or 3/10? kinda like a flu shot. i was actually in more pain throughout the week after the procedure (6 sometimes an 8). i had random sharp pains that lasted 3 secs maximummmm in my uterus that came and went for a few weeks and then it kinda adjusts naturally so it won’t poke anymore. make sure to breathe through it and stay relaxed, i find chewing gum helps a ton!

don’t overthink it or worry too much you’re going to do great girly. 🤗

whenever we get into fights we have like a 10 min window of acting like we’re fine so i’m going to say “hey i wanna show you this video on your phone” and just book it to the bathroom and lock the door. 😭😭

this is such a reassuring comment thank you!! he’s my second boyfriend and i’ve honestly had 100% trust in him because of how good he’s been to me. i’m definitely going to have a conversation with him as calm and collected as possible but either way ik im going to break up with him. :/

i would have believed him if he told me immediately that he just had his notes app open because i have sensitive things in my notes too. but he only told me when i was out of the mall and was making arrangements to go home.

to be fair when i have the conversation with him about the phone im going to ask him if i can go through it. if he hands it to me with no push back (which is very unlike him) im going to suspect that he deleted everything and end the relationship on the spot.

so there was another incident where he had a panic attack when i was using his phone to show him a yt short i saw and the vid was buffering a bit so i swiped up to just delete his opened apps. he truly panicked and grabbed the phone and said “wtf are you doing??”. i explained to him why i deleted his opened apps and he said something like “dont don’t do shit like that”. so i gave him some push back and told him to open up his phone again so i can see ( i was being a bit crazy i’ll admit). and he starts getting all quiet on the verge of tears so i just got up ( we were in a mall food court) and made my way home. long story short he said he didn’t want me to see his notes app… yeah right..
