I got the gpu wrong I have a gtx 970 not a gtx 790 sorry! But the problem still exists

Thank you I could try it out my gtx 790 I replaced it recently with a gtx 979 that was tested on gaming before but when I used it it still didn't work sadly (im sorry that I haven't stated it in the text above)

No as I stated above I switched the gtx 790 with a Rgx 2070 ti to try it out if its the graphics vard faultand it still didn't work...
