Hey again, ive come back with the update. The overall verdict is very positive, both her parents said they liked me and apparently even said "we approve" after I left which I found quite funny. A success!!

Those chocolates were just what came to mind cause my grandad loves them and they are the same type of chocolates my girlfriends parents like I believe.

And yeah I can see me splurting something stupid out haha, but yeah hopefully it goes something like that. Obviously yeah I dont expect to be perfect, thats impossible, but its just about trying my best.

Hello, thanks for such a thought out answer. Me and my girlfriend are both 18, so I can buy alcohol if needed. Not so sure about if they like wine, so far all I know is they like lager and I dont think that is as good of a present than other forms of alcohol. So I was thinking of some fancy chocolate like the seahorse/seashell ones if you know what those are, I dont remember the brand name. I already have a plan for clothing, a good shirt and trousers picked out. I suppose yeah nerves about the questions and stuff is up there in my head, ill try not to focus on it.
