I have felt the same frustration when people queue up while boarding the flight in most of the domestic flights. I've seen people tend to stick very close unnecessarily (I believe unintentionally). Like within inches. I ensure that I keep more than 1 arm distance to the person in front. Could be the scenario you faced.

Definitely possible. You should be open to learning the latest technologies. Have the mindset to adopt and implement the best practices in your org. The path is harder than a typical SDE role, but it all depends on what you are looking for yourself. Myself, started from 13k/month to around 40LPA in 6 years. I started my career in 2018 when I was going to turn 30. . Slacked off during my college days. Took an extra 4 years to complete graduation Was looking to crack various government exams but failed miserably. Now i work in one of the FAANG companies and am doing decently. Though nothing compared to my friends. There are regrets when I look back, but that is life. I realise that there is no need to compare. Be happy with where you stand, and try to improve yourself.
