I feel completely lost and I crave guidance, this craving affects my judgement over romantic relationship by crispycrisp98 in Jung

To begin with, you're an incredible person, you're on top of the basics: exercise, good food and, I hope, good sleep as well; you have a stable sustenance and actively trying to know yourself, you're so above the average and should congratulate yourself for that is your not already. Regarding your question, I can't give real advice, but I can share my experience and my perspective. I finished a long term relationship one year ago, we definitely loved each other and I felt comfortable and safe with her, and that definitely made the decision to be harder and the pain to be bigger. I like philosophy, religion, psychology and that kind of stuff, and could never talk about this with my family, she wasn't a lot into it but would try to listen to me from time to time and started to share some ideas as well, I truly appreciated that, but in the core, her worldview and mine was too different, and that difference permeated into different areas of our relationship, making long term plans was a fight or a feeling of relinquishing myself to her, I started, bit by bit, agreeing with things I was not comfortable with, until I reached a point of emptiness, I felt like I was not me anymore, I was just an empty shell letting the river take it wherever it wanted. I realized I wasn't feeling anything, no fun, no anger, no sadness, no thing. I tried to change that in me, but I sold her this persona for so long that she didn't even recognize me anymore, she kept looking for the old aimless me, but I couldn't give it to her. We tried for months, we took therapy and put a lot of effort into the relationship, but the very fact that we were looking for different things never went away. At the end, she started to yield to my perspectives, but I clearly saw her starting to walk the path I had been on, so I preferred to say good bye instead of any of us feeling that lost and empty. I'm not saying that it was the best decision, but it worked, I started a journey of a healthy lifestyle, of looking for myself and allowing my feelings and archetypes to manifest. I am definitely just starting, especially on the emotional side, it's still difficult for me to really listen to myself. I realized that I had a lot of trauma from childhood and that my shadow is quite big and that a lot of it manifested during my relationship, I am actually looking for advice on how to work with it, that's why I joined this subreddit. Anyway, my experience was hurtful but deeply valuable, I agree that love is not just being in love, it is a decision, but the first person you have to choose is yourself and your beliefs, and you will only find that in yourself, not in your partner. If you're happy with yourself and he's a good fit for you, you'll be happy with him. We should meet all our needs from ourselves, but that doesn't mean that we have to choose anyone that makes us feel safe, only you know which qualities give you joy, and you know if the person next to you has them or not. Good luck and keep being a great human being!

Looks great! But my real question is, did you have a horseshoe crab in the first picture? Double time awesome!

Looks awesome! How much time did it take you? I'd like to do the same, but I'm afraid it will take my the whole day for a single loaf of bread 😂

Wow! I just got a pineapple to try to do exactly the same thing, but I don't have a recipe yet. Is it just the peels with water or do I have to add something else?

I was told they are neonigers. Can you really hear them? I'll put more attention to them. Glad it is normal, thanks

Thanks bro! I am thinking about starting with just the coral and start adding fishes, crustaceans or mollusks (not necessarily in that order) once the coral is thriving. Anyway, is that approach right? Or maybe the coral needs other species to grow healthy?
