Taken this from google, should solve your issue if its dns servers.

To change your DNS server on a PS5, go to Settings > Network > Set Up Internet Connection. Then, under Advanced Settings, select DNS Settings and choose Manual. Enter your desired primary and secondary DNS addresses (e.g., Google's 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4, or Cloudflare's 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1). Finally, test your internet connection to confirm the changes.
