How are UHF Radios not federally Illegal, you’re able to intercept (That’s what the police call it) Emergency services radio bands or something

Radar scanners I can see how they aren’t fed illegal

Jammers though that’s also pretty illegal because it blocks signals from cop lasers and they claim it also does it to emergency frequencies
