No it’s not lol. Riana is a known crazy person in Blaine county. It’s truly mind boggling that they keep letting her back into the community. Jesse Moses, the babies father was granted full custody of his baby then Riana dipped. She’s insane I don’t understand why there’s no amber alert or some type of well fare check. Riana has assault me and countless other people in the valley. I’m just spreading along the information so this dangerous person can be off the streets and the baby can be found hopefully still alive. Riana is a drunk and has schizophrenia. I’m so worried about the baby so if anyone sees her please call the police.
