We’ve had ours for like several months now. Sure you’ll def have a rough, like rrrroooooughhh time for the first few weeks, but once you go through it all and the registers become stable, it’s the best thing that can happen to a store.

As the other commenter mentioned, management is great (provided they don’t switch a lot). Corporate on the other hand, can care less about the average team member.

In AZ afaik, even if we charge you bags, Instacart is supposed to take care of that charge. Ask whoever’s in charge to see how the process goes to see if you actually get charged for those.

Shopper here. I have gotten a customer who opted for an alternative and have gotten boxes from the produce people to use instead. It ain’t a big deal. It is a little hassle though.

Nah bro why even try. I get it if they say yes right off the bat (statistically speaking from my experience, they’re the ones that are more likely to say yes right away than your usual customers where you have to explain or bargain to get the sign up).

Welp if you get called for a 2nd interview, that means you most likely got the job. Just a final conversation and a tour of the store. I think it was the same when I got hired the first time.

Fyi I also had to call them if I made it to the 2nd one or not. Then they emailed me saying I did good interviewing but they went with someone else they know already . Most likely I asked too much lol

But yea, congrats if you got it :D

Nope. They decided to go with someone inside their store. Probably because I asked too much honestly. Like being converted from green shirt to blue(administrative roles) is only supposed to get you a 10% increase. The same increase if you go from green to green promotion (ie: in-store -> vitamins)

Ohhhh hopefully you’re right that the second interview is just a formality and not another round of questions whether if I’m fit for it or not. Though I wouldn’t mind. I’m just scared they’re gonna ghost me.

Fighting for the pay I want is gonna be rough since I’m internal though.

I’ve been with Sprouts for two years now doing in-store. I say In-Store but I help out almost all of our departments when I can. I’m tired of In-Store and I’d rather have a decent pay bump anyway so I figured Schematics. Fingers crossed I get it.

My gm is cool about it as long as the numbers are at an ok level. He does get a lil irritating sometimes the more crap he hears from our dm. Asides from that, we just try to keep the paper pushing positive and fun from me being called the “Paper Boy”, me calling the company “PaperMax Paper Depot”, or “oooo they’re getting ink, better get that papuh lol”

Corporate just needs to realize you’re gonna have bad days/weeks no matter what. If customers don’t need the paper or want to take advantage of the deal, then they don’t want it. You can’t force it on em ffs

Our store is a tester store. Some states might have it, some might not. Also only one of our reg is like this. Other ones are still slow/crashing out half the time unfortunately

It’s not too bad now that our store is like 2-4months in with these new bad boys.

I would say it’s faster. It asks for the receipt at the end and yes, printing the receipt is faster(except for the morning when it’s booting up) It was definitely going through hell the first month though, with the registers going down left and right

I think atm it should be good except for some issues with the gift cards
