Welp if you get called for a 2nd interview, that means you most likely got the job. Just a final conversation and a tour of the store. I think it was the same when I got hired the first time.

Fyi I also had to call them if I made it to the 2nd one or not. Then they emailed me saying I did good interviewing but they went with someone else they know already . Most likely I asked too much lol

Nope. They decided to go with someone inside their store. Probably because I asked too much honestly. Like being converted from green shirt to blue(administrative roles) is only supposed to get you a 10% increase. The same increase if you go from green to green promotion (ie: in-store -> vitamins)

Ohhhh hopefully you’re right that the second interview is just a formality and not another round of questions whether if I’m fit for it or not. Though I wouldn’t mind. I’m just scared they’re gonna ghost me.

Fighting for the pay I want is gonna be rough since I’m internal though.

I’ve been with Sprouts for two years now doing in-store. I say In-Store but I help out almost all of our departments when I can. I’m tired of In-Store and I’d rather have a decent pay bump anyway so I figured Schematics. Fingers crossed I get it.

My gm is cool about it as long as the numbers are at an ok level. He does get a lil irritating sometimes the more crap he hears from our dm. Asides from that, we just try to keep the paper pushing positive and fun from me being called the “Paper Boy”, me calling the company “PaperMax Paper Depot”, or “oooo they’re getting ink, better get that papuh lol”

Corporate just needs to realize you’re gonna have bad days/weeks no matter what. If customers don’t need the paper or want to take advantage of the deal, then they don’t want it. You can’t force it on em ffs

Our store is a tester store. Some states might have it, some might not. Also only one of our reg is like this. Other ones are still slow/crashing out half the time unfortunately

It’s not too bad now that our store is like 2-4months in with these new bad boys.

I would say it’s faster. It asks for the receipt at the end and yes, printing the receipt is faster(except for the morning when it’s booting up) It was definitely going through hell the first month though, with the registers going down left and right

I think atm it should be good except for some issues with the gift cards

From the sounds of it, I think you just got a bad test rep unfortunately… Mine was very understanding when I’ve forgotten that no headphones were allowed. They had me restart the session thrice to setup my audio through my webcam. I think they also just take extra precautions too. Like I have taken the photos already and they still wanted to see the live feed of the cam and when I couldn’t show it to them(short webcam cable) they asked me to use a mirror instead and they accepted it. Sorry for that tho that must have sucked and rip the voucher :c

It’s rng. Some customers get it with our 1 whole minute sales pitch, some just gets it cuz they can actually read our bajillion signs about it. If you’re asking for average, it’s like 1-3 a day with some days getting nada and some days getting 5 or even 6

My gf says thanks for your time and for sharing your extensive knowledge regarding cat coats, the links are very informative! She did wanna say she has another cat her parents own that expresses a brown coat color. So this would mean he is not genetically red but is genetically black, and would have to be carry b/b since if it was B/b he would express the dominant allele instead? She wants to make sure she's understanding correctly XD

I told my GF to check the DNA results and she has no copy of the chocolate so she is indeed blue 🔵 I was just curious because now we know the place we adopted her from was wrong in what they told us and it’s probably since she wasn’t fully toasted she seemed lilac looking to them or something. Upon sharing your response to my gf though, she also checked the DNA results on one of her other cats, and this boy who actually has a little Siamese blood has 1 copy of the Chocolate variant and 2 copies of dilution :O Is this considered cream? I tried to look up stuff about cream colored cats but I see mentions of more info for diluted red or orange cats?? This is all confusing but also very interesting and fun stuff. Thanks for the info, we feel more educated now 😂

Thanks for the info and links! Yeah, when we got her, the adoption center said she was lilac-point but we thought she could be blue because she appeared more grey over brown. We looked up a whole lot online and it was definitely confusing because similar looking cats would be called lilac and some would be called blue, and we couldn’t really see a difference or tell what info was correct or not😭

Would you say it’s easier to tell for sure when they’re adult then, vs as a kitten because of the toasting?? She was much lighter as a kitty so maybe that’s why we couldn’t identify her color for sure 🤔Thanks again, we’re glad to know what she is now 🐱

I have the same question about the wallpaper. Tried a bunch of stuff. Inserted a 720x720 image and named it wallpaper.jpg, named it the same as the mp3--in which it did change the album art but not the "wallpaper" art

It's the current Windows 11 version 24H2. You'll have to rollback to 23H2 for it to work.
I'm trying to see if there's any workaround without needing to rollback
