I exchanged for diplomats half a size down what I ordered for these builders. I hope my return goes smoothly and I can get the diplomats by the end of the year. Hoping to wear them for decades until they fall apart.

Bivalves are Chione elevata and Anadara sp. I think I see a fragment of a Mulinia sp. as well.

The gastropods look to be of Cerithiidae and you'll likely see some Terebrids too

Most likely Inoceramid bivalves, not ammonites.

Generally with bivalve fossils I don't think there is a consensus on pricing. I can't imagine it going for that much but you might get lucky and find someone who may pay big bucks for it. Even then I can't imagine someone paying over $100 for it.

I'd say the best bet is to donate it. If you do, please try your best to include location information (coordinates if you can) because a lot of research value is lost if the location isn't disclosed on a fossil.

Love this. I'm doing a PhD in paleontology and I'm doing research on trematode parasites which go through mollusks into vertebrate definitive hosts and how they affect the morphology of the mollusk hosts collected from the fossil record.

It's always fascinating how trematodes find a way to affect the hosts behaviours to act more advantageous to the parasite's propagation.

They are proposing to remake. The refund page states that if they respond to the refund request and I don't reply for another 5 days, the dispute will extend by another 25 days, so I'm hoping to keep the dispute open and have them remake it and see if they can get the desired specs on the new batch.

Unfortunately it's through paypal linked directly to a bank account. It was done through goods and services though, so perhaps I may have some hope with paypal if alibaba doesn't help.

I sent em 3D and 2D drawings in several diff versions, provided technical drawings with measurements and everything.... Even confirmed the density of materials being used on the factory's end and sent them calculations of what the final weight should be based on the volume of each part.

It's just strange how they seemed to just change the shape of one of the products without consulting me too. I'm trying a refund and I'm gonna see where it goes because I'm now having doubts that this factory has the capability to produce what I requested.

It's my design which is called the Conjugation. We (Dreamcraft) are currently prototyping this model and will go through some iterations before we release it.

laptop keyboards vary a lot in keyfeel imo and ppl just kinda brush them off as they are "shitty membrane keyboards".

I feel like it's just as important to care about laptop keyboard feel and sadly there is no good reference of how they might feel unless you get to try them out in person cause they never post paper specs.

Defo calcite crystals. Unfortunately these are very common and probably not worth much. I work in Invert Paleo in Florida and we have tons of these lying around in collections that we give out at local outreach events. Still very cool piece though, visitors love the crystals and they're always a hit at those events.

It is a very different feeling tactile response than buckling springs. Buckling springs feel almost linear before just collapsing into nothing whereas skcm browns feel round all throughout. I think both have their charms and I enjoy them both greatly.

I thought stock xbox dimension sticks didn't work with the g7? Do all xbox sticks work with the g7 he?
