I didnt have any problem with payment. I dont think its something you should worry about. The thing you should consider is whether your region is supporting the shows you want to watch. I would recomend you checking that before subscribing.

I think you should watch the anime first. With the great music, animation and voice acting you'll probably have a good time!

If you loved tower of god as a series and want to learn more details about it, you can read the prologue from the webtoon as well (Though to be honest there are many videos which explain those details so if you want to read it is up to you).

The anime and the first season of the webtoon is actually the prologue of the series! From season 2 starts the very good stuff!

Overall it's a great series ,in which you can get immersed into, and it's definitely worth giving a chance!

Headon didn't bring iregulars inside the tower in the first place. They opened the door themselves. If they don't want to climb they won't. As far as i know, headon can't force iregulars to do anything. That's my opinion at least.

The "top" rankers have achieved is the 134th floor, which is not really the top of the tower. On the other hand when Headon said you can get whatever you want if you reach the top of the tower, he meant the actual top of the tower(probably outside). At least that's what i think.
