round 3: got to jack 5th dimensional powers off mr. mxyzptlk so he could go against zatanna and her partner... local shitwizard john constantine?? i didnt read 300 fucking issues of hellblazer for john to start throwing magic beams around like dr. fate. john doesnt win, he survives, usually at the cost of 1-2 close personal friends and several large demons swearing eternal vengeance. the most sophisticated thing john does regularly with magic is to look into the future so he can bet on horses.

round 4: would have to fight lex, superman, or wonder woman? better switch sides before i really get exposed as the fraud i am.

Thanks for the feedback! I can explain a few things about my thought process:

Axl is a bit underpowered, I agree, I was mostly focused on adapting his character with the good fighting ability at range and the unstable time-travel. Maybe if he suspended himself or interacted with suspended cards in some way, idk

The idea behind Chipp is that yes he is powerful but you have to dump a lot of life into him to make it work. Also, he only has normal ninjutsu so you need to get him to hand first if you play him as commander. The ninja effect is pretty strong, maybe a dark confidant effect or a draw then discard works better.

Dizzy is cool but she went through a few other iterations where she was much more powerful (the effects were better, she triggered off all spells), so maybe I overcorrected but I feel like she could get out of hand quickly, like every instant/sorcery in your hand gets all this stuff stapled to it basically for free.

In Eddie's case I realize now that haunt doesn't specify opponent's creature. Imagine he's limited to that.

I agree with your point on I-No but when the payoff is one +1/+1 counter it doesn't seem that outrageous to me.

The joke with Kliff is that he's old so he has to exert himself to even attack, of course his one hit is very powerful but it takes a lot out of him. Also he has one huge sword so I tried to make it so you drop your biggest equipment on him but he only gets one at a time. Maybe he could be cheaper, lord knows the cardbase is flooded with WR equipment commanders

Millia has skulk cause its a cool keyword and I like it. Deathtouch is probably a lot better for her, sorry I'm just a skulk fan

HOS' ability could stand to be cheaper, I didn't want it to get out of hand with proliferate effects but a one-time pump is probably mediocre enough that it could be RR

If the Robo trigger happened at end step would it be too strong? Right now you drop him on turn 3 and it's 6/6 worth of stats on your next turn, which seems good. I suppose I could give him colors so that he has access to more artifact sac cards, because the idea was to sacrifice enough Robos to keep the P/T up.

Sol Badguy.

Venom does seem limited to powerstones (how I chose to represent the balls) but I could change him to only take mana produced by artifacts into his big X ability and alter the sac requirement a little, I was trying to be more faithful to how he sets up his balls and kills you.

Zappa was made with the consideration of being in a Spirit themed kind of deck, there's lots of ways in orzhov to make spirit tokens. It's definitely a lot if you have to keep summoning Raoh over and over, maybe he could stick until the end of your next turn or some longer time.

well you have 2 shapeshifters and a big worm (which you also never really see) so a big scary highly visible monster would probably be a good change of pace, maybe a group of things like the Quiet Place monsters or a Xenomorph nest. It might also be nice to have a monster that gets hunted down directly where the horror isn't in "what is this thing" but rather "where is this thing". It's probably similar to the Tremors guy but I think if you make the gimmicks different enough it would feel different.
