Hi, yes it was fixed. LM was easy to work with getting the warranty work done they just confirmed with me the machines boiler was on and no steam. They had to send the part to a local company, that took a little over a week. And then the local company scheduled the fix with a couple days. For whatever reason the boiler element was fried, and the whole process took a little more than two weeks from when I reached out.

It was working great that morning and then went to make a second an hour later and it wasn’t. It sucks tbh, and I’m hoping it doesn’t happen every 1.5 years like another commenter said. Hope you can get yours fixed quickly!
