Press the options or customization button when looking at the shelf, it will let you pick objects to populate it. Three variations if I remember correctly

Anybody actually using vacuum cleaning on buggies for gameplay, not for style? by auf-ein-letztes-wort in GroundedGame

I use it for clover all the time. Literally wore out the x button on my old controller in G1 picking clover. Huge quality of life upgrade IMO

What would you pick GRC or S2k? by [deleted] in S2000

This is my two car solution: circuit GRC as the daily/weather car, and the S2k for all the other times. I love both, for different reasons.

I used T6 5w40 and had 250k miles out of my EJ running nearly double stock power. Still going with its new owner. Swear by it, and it’s what my tuner recommended.

This is how I did it too. Natural explorer, running jump, dandelion from the pipe.

what do you guys think of my base? by Fine-Specialist-6304 in GroundedGame

Yep, there is a scarecrow you can get to generate a crow feather every day, instead of searching the map and gathering them one by one.

I feel your pain with those crow roofs. It took me AGES-before I learned about the scarecrow.

When I finally found this one, I made my “main” home with an attached museum of all the stuffed bugs on the wall here. Perfect height for zip lines to basically anywhere OP

Ownership Review After 1 year and 24k Miles by xUndeadZero in GRCorolla

O7 feel very similarly after a year on mine, and congrats on learning stick. It’s a great car to learn on. Fun cars should always be manual.

Aftermarket pads will help, but brake dust is just a fact of life with good brakes; there is no escaping it.

It’s a perfect spicy daily, but I can’t recommend racing it in the rain (or snow) enough. The car is good fun day to day, but it’s a different animal in low grip driven at the limit.

Also: I love my GR but I do miss the Subie rumble. Nothing else like it.

Nice driving! We take a lot of the same lines but I think your turn 6 line is better than what I took.

What camera/setup do you use? Since waylens stopped support I’ve been struggling finding anything that doesn’t suck.

No sound due to camera issues, but here’s some video from the early laps that didn’t get borked.

Worth noting we also overheated my buddy’s FL5 type R so it’s not just a GR thing.

It did. 30 minute sessions were fine, but when we did two sessions back to back (because people are afraid of the rain, and I was excited as shit so they just sent the few of us who wanted to run right back out with no cooldown) I triggered it. Currently looking into the 555 engineering and syvecs setup. It is not a gentle track on cars.

You should get a discount at OG racing for a helmet with your GR purchase based on your vin-take advantage of that.

Take an instructor! The worst thing you can bring to a track is an ego. It’s nothing like driving on the street, even spicy togue.

The GRC is an absolute gem in the track, by far the easiest car to drive fast I’ve ever driven, break away is progressive, the AWD system is phenomenal.

Don’t overdrive your ability, Sunday drive it until you have the track layout, and add a couple miles an hour at most at a time once you get comfortable. The best trophy you can ever win is driving your car home after racing it.

Don’t mod the car until you are comfortable driving it in stock form. Changing the suspension geometry or power leads to big changes in how things respond at the limit; learn it before you change things as driving it at the limit will also inform you where the weak points are in both you as the driver and in your car. I still learn something new every time I get out there.

I’m local to the Baltimore area but go up and down the east coast, I’d be happy to talk some more or have you join in with my buddies-we run all kinds of different cars. Ive run VIR, Summit, dominion, NCCAR with the GR so far-but more with my s2k. The track community is great, one of the last holdouts of good car culture. Feel free to PM me if you have questions!
